Joseph Warren Medal Presented to Bro. Ken Starbard

On January 18, 1999, R.W. Samuel R. McClure Jr. DDGM of the Brookfield 12st Masonic District, presented Brother Kenneth A. Starbard the Joseph Warren Distinguished Service Medal for service to his Lodge, Masonry, and his community. He is a long time trustee and president of the Lodge association. He also served as trustee of his church, sang in its choir for twelve years, was the Instituaional Representative fo the church for BSA Troop 180, part-time town assessor for twenty-four years and Gale Free Libary Trustee thirteen years. There he served as Vice Chairman of its building committee for a two year period during an addition and complete renovation of the 1999 structure.

In June 1998, Brother Starbard, a third generation member of the lodge, recieved his 50 year veterans medal from DDGM Sanmuel R. McClure Jr. There were three generations of Starbards present on both evenings.
